Travel is good for young people. Travel  helps our physical and mental health. When we travel we are in constant movement, so we are getting physical exercise and fresh air, but at the same time it relaxes our body and mind.

Travel teaches teens to be more independent and responsible. We learn information about the history of a country, we  practise a foreign language. Travel can present us with difficult  situations so we develop problem-solving skills and we learn to be strong and confident. It teaches young people that diversity is a good thing.

Travelling helps young people understand that people who are different from them can also be their friends.  It's important to understand and  respect these differences.  Smile, be polite and friendly and ask questions, differences between people make life interesting.
